I was invited by my friends to join a group of tourists to visit Stueng Mean Chey, Phnom Penh city’s dump site. It was one of list item on the place to visit, so I joined them. The purpose of this visit is to deliver food, and basic medical care to people who live on the dump site. This is a routine trip for the organizer to the place. I’ve been told that the dump site has been closed, some how these people still live there.

An article in this morning business section of Phnom Penh Post catches my eyes, Beeline, a new mobile operator, is warned by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication for charging it’s customers too low. It is not clear whether the service that Beeline charges too low is the VOIP or local calls.

Can mask really prevent swine flu infection? I am not 100 percent sure, but in a confined space such as bus, I use mask with frequent hand sanitizing. I am not infected yet ;) . Yeah, mask is a very Asian things.

One more thing Cambodia’s swine flu cases is ridiculously low. Is it the correct number? Since most of us do not go to see doctor when we have flu symptoms.
