The ability to download large files is almost impossible, when we connect to internet using public computers such as internet cafe. Recently, South Eastern Globe magazine reported about a new project in Laos that allow business to pay their taxes online. The project was funded by World Bank. These days computer bugs include spyware and viruses are the main reasons that force us to re-install our operating system. Similar to many countries, Burma will soon get off the international radar; the military leaders will hold on to power, protester who died will die in vain. I am afraid to acknowledge this is how politic will work. Take Cambodia as an example, Khmer rouge has killed millions of people, but as a Cambodian I don’t even know what was going on, it will go on like this a few people will be jailed for killing of million people for a few year (they only have little time to live).
