Nowadays, Cambodia is a developing country. The government was promoting investor to invest in the country. Along with that, stability and security is a significant factor which government should pay attention on. So far the security still not to be kept better by authority, there were many cases of robbery,….in sangkat beoung kang korng (I) happened without having responsibility by authority (district police).
Obviously, the thirth day of water festival’s day there was a case of robbery happened in the point of street 63, khan chamkar morn, in front of victim’s house, it was unbelievable that robber dare to behave like that. Why they didn’t fear the police? Or do they think police is their friend?
Sometimes 3 to 5 case a day they did, it still be their habit. Where is the police? What are they doing? Do they only get salary? No need to care about that? What the roles of Police? or police get…… from that event? Every times, the police never intervene this event rapidly. It is just a small point in a block of BBK I, What about another places in our Phnom Penh, Cambodia? Is this a security in Cambodia? Even our people never trust on authority, how can the investor trust us?
WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL? IS A POLICE OR ROBBER?

Nowadays, Police, military police will be possible to be friends because robbers shared some revenue with authorities. that is what i used to see and hear. My neighbor lost his motorcycle. and then it was found while his brother was police and he told robber group to bring it back. He told the robbers that that motorbike was his brother.
Lake at the other murder, murderers are still at large. Popular singer, Peo Pahnapich was shot but the murderers are free. That is what we can said the culture of impunity in the recent society.
