This is my test shot of Circular Polarizer filter. It makes the sky blue and reduce reflection on water.

Did you use Adobe Lr to add some more effect?

Not much, I under expose it in camera by -1stop. I loaded to light room then adjust the contrast, add some vibrance, and ad vignetting.
