I have to say I am impressed by the shallow depth-of-field and crispy sharp images, produced by fast prime lens. Prime lens has many  limitation in composition, but it is overcoming the limitation that makes the photography fun.

I think primary lenses improve composition, because you as a photographer avoid the lazy solution of turning the zoom ring. Nice images from a very nice lens.

Yeah may be it is part of my losing weight program, this will force me to walk in and out instead of moving the zoom ring.

Ah, you bought it. :D . That is a great and most affordable lens. It is good for portraits, so try it next time. We share anther common point, a bit over-weighted. lozl

Yeah, it’s good for potrait when you wanna blur out the background. The problem is can’t share potrait online because privacy issue, and need the model to sign release! kekekek

Hope you can find onesoon. Or try to shoot some kids, since they are not likely to file you complants. :D
