Normally before any execution of any development project, we must conduct environmental impact assessment (EIA) to make sure that the project doesn’t cause any harm to the environment. For the Beongkak lake filling project, the project started before conducting any environmental impact assessment. I am sorry guys, TIC (This is Cambodia), this is how thing are done here. If the city is going to flood they will blame it on bad weather.
