Arm with a digital camera, we blogger can do so. Taking pictures of bumpy roads, flooded road, or some thing else to post in your blog. And let’s hope that we can expose the problem to local government help them spot what need to be repaired.

    We did just that for our work place, not our city. The reaction was quite humoring.
