Beside faster internet connection, 3G do not have anything better than conventional 2G cell phone, especially in Cambodia where the video call is banned. Today, I receive a call from Mobitel, told me that there is a change in its 3G subscription plan. Now we have 2 option, Internet only, and TV stream only. If we want both internet and TV stream we have to register for TV stream once again. The problem is not are they trying to charge more?
